Hi all,

I imported the database from one environment to another in the same domain,

the old AOS instance is still showing in the server configuration ,

when I tried to delete it, this error comes out

You cannot delete an active Application Object Server (AOS) instance. If you need to delete this instance, make sure that the AOS service is not running.

when I checked the online users some users shows using the old AOS, although it's shut down,

the status for old environment shows Dead

I need to delete the old server from the new environment.

Stop your new AOS instance. Within SQL Server Management Studio against your restored AX DB:

truncate table SysServerSessions truncate table SysClientSessions

Start AOS. Remove the old AX AOS from System administratup > Setup > System > Cluster configuration. Try deleting it afterwards.
