We are finding when using the iOS or Android apps the service name is being lost. it is remembered initially, but is lost after a few days.

Coudl anyone please suggest is this is configurable, we dont want this to be lost at all.

    It could be an issue with the ceritificate assignment, please check the following setup

    community.dynamics.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-2016-how-to-configure-phone-client
