My customer recently upgraded to the last available version on premise (Version 1612 (9.0.2.3034) (database version 9.0.2.3034) local.
I have situations where the currently deployed Outlook add-in (2016 version) works fine using the same URL which is the same of the old 8.2 instance.
I also have the situation where the configuration of the instance fails half of the way wich is the case on my PC.
I am trying to deploy on a workstation the Outlook add-in for Dynamics 365 v 9.0 (downloaded file = CRM9.0-Client-FRA-i386) and I am trying a way to deploy it witout an internet connection (in a second time, the client will be deployed on users workstations using SCCM and it won't be possible to include download during the install.
I tryied to deploy using information provided in this article : https://docs.microsoft.com/fr-fr/dynamics365/outlook-addin/admin-guide/install-without-internet-connection
The installation fails anyway trying to dowlnoad language module :

15:33:29| Error| Module linguistique ne s’est pas téléchargé correctement. Vérifiez que votre connexion Internet fonctionne, puis recommencez.
Any idea folks ? I can't manage to find an article or a how-to that applies to the latest outlook client.
