Missing access to admin functions for a sandbox, but have access to other sandbox

Hi

I have an issue with a Sandbox Instance that I cannot manage via the D365 CE administrator center.

There are two sandbox instances, one which I can ‘reset’, ‘edit’ etc. and one where I cannot. I’m logged on with the same D365 service administrator user and I’m not allowed to be global administrator.

How can I get access to the ‘reset’, ‘edit’ functions for both sandbox instances?

Best, Mads

    Hi Mads,

I am glad to hear that the issue has been solved. You could also go to O365 Admin Center > Health > Service Health to check whether there's any service maintenance notification operated by MS on your org.

Suddenly I have access to the admin functions again, after two days without.

Only actions was to take a manual backup of the one sandbox (which I had access to) today and that I created this post.

    Yes, it's odd :-)

Yes, same subscription (I created the subscription and added the extra sandbox)

Yes, I have full system administration access inside D365CE and security role is set to system admin.

PS. I have also admin functions on the production instances.

    Hi Mads,

That's odd. Are the two Sandbox Instances under the same subscription? In addition, could you login the mentioned Test Sandbox normally and check your security role?
