Hi!

Can anyone please point me in the right direction as to creating e-mails in Journeys (Marketing) that look good in dark mode e-mail clients? Is there functionality for this? Is CSS the answer, in that case how? Any help is highly appreciated!

Hi,

We analyzed your requirements, but we couldn't find any email templates regarding Dynamics 365 support for Dark Mode.

Maybe, as you said, you need to use /CSS/, here is a tutorial to switch to Dark Mode using CSS+JS.
