We are appointing business partners for our B2C services business. Their work is to acquire clients for us. The legal relationship between us will be Principal-To-Principal Basis.
Our Business Partners have their own brand name, website domain and Office 365 email IDs through which they will do marketing and sales activities but the services are provided by us.
1. Is it possible to connect (using connectors) to our Partner's Office 365 Tenant using MS Flows and/or D365 Work Flows to trigger emails via their email ID but using the templates created in our D365 CE?
2. Can we consider our business partners as a team member and assign a team member license?
3. Allow the partners to chat via their Office 365 MS Teams to our MS Teams Chat.
4. If our partners needs D365 CE License in their Office 365 tenant, then can we control the Business Process from our D365 License?
If anyone can shed some light on this topic, would be helpful.
