We are facing an issue regarding the Incoming Email attachment .
Email is getting created in CRM but the attachment is not attached in CRM.
Showing the below message.
Need to resolve this.
Have you checked that you allow the type of attachment in CRM? You find the setting in systems settings general tab.
Hi,
Besides the possibilities Magnus Oxenwaldt mentions, you can also check if the total size of the attachments exceeds the limit of the attachment size set in your environment.
The limit can be found in Advanced Settings > Settings > Administration > System Settings > Email.
By the way, in the same page > General tab, blocked file extensions for attachments can be found.
If the above settings have been changed and the attachments still cannot be saved, please try to upload the attachments manually which have not been saved successfully and check if they can be saved or if there is any error message.
