Hoping someone can help me with the below scenario:
Contacts in Customer Insights Journeys have Primary and Secondary email fields. Some are using the Primary for their work email, and Secondary for personal, and some vice versa. Some Contacts have unsubscribed from certain Topics with the Primary email, and some with their Secondary email.
I'm aware of the new feature enabling us to change the email address that a Journey targets - however this doesn't help me in this scenario for the above reason - as not everyone is using the Primary and Secondary fields in the same way.
What would be some ways around this, where I can target the correct email address, and ensure Contacts are going to get the email?
