I am working on building a Customer Self-Service Portal in Dynamics, and have run into an obstacle while setting up the authentication process.
In the interest of making the on-boarding for our customers as quick and easy as possible, we would like it to be that all a customer has to do is log in with their Office 365 account (Same as the email listed in their Contact entity) to immediately begin using the platform. I have not been able to get around the invite redemption portion of the process however.
Is it possible to remove this step or pre-redeem contacts to use the Portal? I feel that if the customer identity is already confirmed via the third-party authentication, the invite redemption code should not have to be necessary.
