If we mistakenly deleted Knowledge Base page from the portal, how to I get it back and link to the correct location? Because right now, its going to Page Not Found.
Also, after createing this page, do update the parent page on the below child pages-

Please find below the screenshot from my trial portal. Try creating the Web Page record with the same values.

Ravi, I figured it out!
The partial URL knowledge-base was the issue - there was no dash
I added the - and it works fine

As you can see in my screenshot - the url is knowledgebase and it returns a page not found error

Hi Rizz,
Portal works on the records created for portal entities such as web pages, web templates etc. If you have deleted the page mistakenly then you can re create the page again with the same value. You can copy the values from some other portal environment. If you don't have other environment let me know the exact screenshpt of the error (basically want to know the exact page missing, there are 3) and I will share the screenshot.
