Transition from Outbound to Real Time

Hi,

Would the transition from Outbound to Real Time be hindered if my Live Environment app is still showing Marketing but my Dev app is displaying Customer Insights - Journeys.

      

I do have the option to move from one to the other in my Live app.  I assume I would just need to add the Accounts section in the form designer as it isn't currently an option??

    Hi,

    I'm still working in the Dev environment making the transition changes, then I assume would move it to my UAT environment before moving it to my Live Environment.

    Would the app name change, with the promoted versions through the environments or would these need to be changed manually.

    Would you know of any videos or easy to read guides that would assist the transition of existing Marketing Emails, Customer Journeys, etc, being used currently in the Outbound module to the Real Time module??

    Hi Chris,

    Regarding migrating across your assets, I found the below article helpful in determining what I could import across, verses what Microsoft recommends we create from scratch in the Real-Time area:
