Multiple Invoices from Multiple Packing Slips

Hi Guys,

I have made some modifications in my sales-order process. From one sales order I generate multiple delivery orders, packing slips and invoices. The parameter is Item Group Id.

Generating multiple delivery orders and packing slips is fine. The problem occurs when i want to generate invoice from each of packing slips. Only the first packing slip is having the right invoice, the remaining encountered errors.

Any thoughts?

    Please share what the error you are getting.

    are you getting message like Sales Order already invoiced?

    if so then may be lines populated on Invoice posting form is not appropriate

    consider validating the value populated in different quantity fields in Line Details tab.

    Please verify and update with your feedback and more information.

    Yup, the error is "Sales Order already invoiced". I have SalesFormLetter class (which is parent class) which will be called each time whenever i want to create journal (DO, Packing Slip, Invoice).

    The SalesFormLetter class has children classes such as SalesFormLetter_DeliveryOrder, SalesFormLetter_PackingSlip, and SalesFormLetter_Invoice.

    I give 'while select query' in SalesFormLetter class to create one journal based on ItemGroupId. All goes well until we are going to do invoice.
