Currently, i'm working on Microsoft Social Engagement and I'd like to know if it's possible to add new features to Microsoft Social Engagement or if there are plugins or API available.

Also, we encourage customers to use the Document Export (EventHub) feature to get access to and further process their data. So you can use an EventHub to get all the acquired documents.

Regarding the API: we do not currently expose our REST API publicly. It is no secret that it exists, though, just look at all the REST calls from your browser when running the MSE app :)
One way to get the API is through up-voting on our ideas portal. Just create a feature request and get your colleagues to help upvote it: crmideas.dynamics.com/.../social-engagement
Regarding new features... again I recommend creating a ticket on the ideas site: crmideas.dynamics.com/.../social-engagement
Other options would be writing a Chrome plugin or something, but that seems rather fragile.
