ReportI recently upgraded a lane to the POS-X ION Fit monitor with integrated MSR (ION-MR3) and customer display (ION-RD3-LCM). Unfortunately every time I try to open POS 2009 I get the following message for each device:
There is a problem with this device:
FTLDSO (customer display) or MAGSWIPE_USBKB (card reader)
Make sure that the device has power and is attached properly. For a POS for .Net device, make sure you are using a supported version of the common control object. For more information about supported devices, see the Microsoft Dynamics POS Getting Started Guide.
Do you want to continue without this device?
Software and drivers work for both devices. Outside of the software I can write to each device successfully. Am I overlooking something here? does anyone else have these issues?
