Voice of Customer Response

Hi All,

I have a survey which i am sending when a lead status i changed, after responding to the survey, when i check in survey response related to lead it is not showing any data.

I want to see the response of the survey for each lead record for which survey has been sent to end user.

    In the survey response form i am having Lead field but it is not populating when the response in coming back to crm.

    It is populating user field from whom the survey is field.

    Hi Shahbaaz,

    I wonder if you could get survey response on other entity except lead?

    In the old VOC version , we could manually click “Retrigger Response Processing” Option in VOC solution.

    If you could not get any survey response , I would suggest for raising SR in Admin Center. If you only could not find response related to lead , I would be curious on your settings regarding ' survey response related to lead' and whether there's any results on VOC total survey response.
