Client is on the latest Shopify app version available for 24.5 but started to get this message today. Does this mean they have to upgrade to BC V25?

Anyway, there is only one month left until the major upgrade deadline for BC25. Can you copy a sandbox and upgrade it to test it again to see if this error still exists?
