Dear All,

I am testing Cross Docking functionality for WMS process by referring an old blog for 2012 R3,

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamicsax-2012/appuser-itpro/cross-docking-packages-in-warehouse-management

I am unable to complete the Location Directive creation in D365, as mentioned in blog below to add the Purch Table Additional fields.

The respective table i do not see the Cross dock field,

Is it standard ? do i need to do any Customization to add the field.

Is there any blog specifically for D365.

Also, in the Location Directive work type list there is a new work type for "Cross Docking", however i am unable to use it with below error;

How do i use it ?

    Hi Ashish,

    Details in your question were helpful. What you need to do to add cross docking is that - click "add table join" by selecting "Purchase order line" instead of "Purchase order table".

    Once added, you can then add filter criteria as mentioned in link shared.

    In addition, don't see cross-docking as an option on PU24/PU29 (latest), not sure how you get it.. even if it's exposed, it's not allowing you to proceed. I don't think you need to set this up, you have already setup location directive for your inbound purchase orders with cross docking so that should be sufficient for your scenario.
