new Conflicts tab in Lead form

Hi experts, on my desktop version of the form I have only 2 tabs: Details and Preferences, and Address field is a custom field as sales users did not like the composite Address look and feel. My guess is this Street 1, Street 2 and Street 3 appeared as a result of me removing them from the form. What would you suggest to do to remove this Conflicts Tab?

    Hi Armine,

This isn't specifically related to the Unified Interface but to form customizations and solution deployment.

The conflict tab is automatically added when the system tries to merge forms and cannot resolve a conflict.

So you must have imported a solution that contains a conflict in the customizations of that form, between the source and target environments.

In case you cannot identify / solve the conflict yourself, I would open a Support Request: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
