Resource Scheduling API returns zero time slots

Hello,

Could you please help me with one question? I don't have much expirience with Resource Scheduling.

I created resource:

and I'm able to see it from Resource Requrement "Book" window:

pastedimage1576056028233v2.png

But when I'm trying to get resources using Resource Scheduling API (using code from here https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/it/2019/07/15/how-to-use-resource-schedulings-search-resource-availability-api/) it returns zero records.

I changed guids, I tried to remove all constrains, I carefully read throught this article (https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/dynamics365/it/2019/05/21/retrieve-resource-availability-with-universal-resource-scheduling-api/) and tried different variations of input parameters but nothing works.

Maybe a'm missing some steps in order for Resource Scheduling API to see new resources?

Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

Same thing is happening to me. Sometimes I used to get zero time slots though it's showing resources in schedule board in CRM.

Did anyone encounter this or able to resolve this issue.

I really appreciate for any response!

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.

I am aware of how to get time slots using JavaScript as well as plugin(Already done). My query is sometimes I am getting zero timeslots from my plugin though I can see available slots in schedule board.

What are you trying to achieve?  Where are you trying to schedule these resources / work orders?

Thank you all for answers. I solved it after configuring the Calendar.
