Is there a way to export the questionnaire to a word or xls format?

Thanks,

Michael, I have not found an easy solution but in your browser, looking at your survey in Design mode, you can type Ctrl-A to select everything, then Ctrl-C to copy, then go to a blank Word doc and use Ctrl-V to paste.  Then you have to spend 10-15 minutes cleaning up everything in Word. I developed a nice Style template that has Word Styles like Section, Question, etc.  Once in Word, I change the appropriate survey paragraphs to use the appropriate style, and it cleans up pretty well, although this process converts an annoying percentage of spaces to non-breaking spaces.

The biggest issue with this approach is that it will not capture drop-down answers - for those I take the survey in Preview mode, and screen-shot the dropdown using a Snipping Tool, and drop that into Word.  Of course it's not editable there, but a reviewer in Word can add a comment to request changes..  I don't use some of the question types like Linkert at all, so this issue may extend further.  It does work well for Choice question types and acceptably for Text question types and Date question types.

Despite the pain above, I find this method better for peer review of survey drafts compared to the collaboration link available inside of CV.  We are a SharePoint shop, so I make the Word version an editable, shareable document, and add a section at the top of the survey called "To all reviewers, please open this link to see a Word version of this survey, and record your comments and suggestions in that document. Link: <SharePoint link> .  Then I send the survey to the reviewers as if they were final recipients. This works reasonably well for me, although once I forgot to delete the "To all reviewers" paragraph before sending out the survey to real recipients.  Luckily it was a small number of surveys.

    Regards Bill Silverman
