I have at Live Chat Widget in a workstream that implements the Pick from Queue instead of the Push to Agent. Is it possible to implement a Push notification to all agents when a new chat is initiated and enters the queue? If so, how?
When a conversation occurs on the chat widget, a conversation record is created.
So, you can create a flow based on this.
Filter out conversation records whose queue is not empty.
