Hololens Gen 1, your app is out-of-date

I have created a Guide in the Dynamic 365 Guides PC program

App version: 700.2111.3001.0

Solution version: 600.4.0.2

I have a Hololens Gen 1 that I just upgraded and restarted (so it's up to date)

When I try to access the guide that I have created on the Hololens (gen 1), I get a message saying "your app is out-of-date"

Is there any way that I can resolve this?

I have referenced this guide https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/admin-apps-solution-compatibility

is it possible for me to download an earlier version of the PC app ?

Basically, all I want to do is create a guide that I can use in Hololens Gen 1.

I have also attempted to author a guide in Hololens 1, but when I sign in I also get a message saying "your app is out-of-date"

Is it possible to downgrade my solution version?

    Hello,

    All versions should be synchronized:

    - Guides app on PC : 600.x...

    - Solution/Server : 700.x..

    - Guides app on HoloLens

    You have updated the Operating System (aka Windows), but the Guides app need also to be refreshed.

    Go on the Microsoft Store using HoloLens, click your profile photo then Updates.

    Guides should appear and ask to be updated.

    Here you go.

    Per the documentation you have referenced above, solution version 600.0.0.1 that is compatible with HoloLens (gen 1) is no longer available for download for new HoloLens 1 customers. Unless a customer was previously on that solution version and did not upgrade, it is not something that the Dynamics 365 Guides team support today.

    I have updated and restarted everything but unfortunately, it's still not working

    I did try to re-install "Guides" via admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/.../applications

    My goal was to install "Guides" at a solution version of "600.0",  but it was locked at 700.0.0.1

    I'll send you an email as a follow up about accessing older versions of the client app - in the meantime for HoloLens 1, I recommend keeping your solution version 600.0 as your device will be incompatible with newer solution versions.

    That email would be greatly appreciated, and it solve my exact problem.

    If you could send a copy of that email to jammim19@gmail.com it would be great, as I have been having some trouble with my Microsoft email

    Following up on this, your current solution 600.4.0.2 is not compatible with HoloLens 1. The last solution that is compatible is 600.0.0.1.

    If you are a customer that was not previously on solution 600.0.0.1, there is unfortunately no way for you to downgrade to that solution version.
