In Omnichannel for Customer Service, there is a "Survey Response Associated View" on the conversation record. Does anyone know what the survey response is referring to, and where it is coming from? I have tried using the pre-chat and post-chat survey, but none of that is generating the survey response back to this view. I couldn't really find any information that explains what survey response is tied to the conversation record and how it is used. How would I see survey response records getting populated under this Survey Response Associated View? Where are they coming from?
Any insights would be appreciated.

Per my experience, the survey response records could only be implemented by yourself till now.
Customer Service would not generate records after the customer submit the pre-survey or post survey.
