There's no simple way to do this. Your main options are:

    1. Use a third-party tool, such as the Documents Core Pack from mscrm-addons
    2. Create a reporting services report, which a user can run, then output as a PDF. However, this will take ore than one click from the user

Just for clarification, you do understand that plugins are server-side while buttons are client-side?

I don't have details but, someone here used flow and a workflow to deposit a pdf into sharepoint of a quote from template triggered by the quote's status change.

    Hi Yash,

Kindly check the below tool which will satisfy your needs. Apart from converting it into PDF, you can also convert it into Word, Excel and CSV or TIFF format. This tool also provides an option to attach the PDF into an email.

    Thanks!

    Hello Yash!

Earlier, I came across the same requirement where the customer wanted the same functionality so we have developed an Add-On which generates the report in PDF/Word format. Also, It can be attached in an email as an attachment. You can reach out to the team at info@solzit.com

    Hi

Dynamics 365 v9 now has built in PDF generation feature for Sales entities.  You could take advantage of this to generate PDF.

Have a look a the link below

    Hi

Its the Dynamics 365 Connector for flow that's being deprecated (announced in April 2019) and we should use the CDS connector and the CDS connector is not being deprecated.

    Please see below

"The Dynamics 365 connector is deprecated, as stated in the Microsoft Flow product update article for April. The Common Data Service connector should be used by Flow for interacting with Dynamics 365"

    Please visit the link below
