Error appear when I choose bin in from bon code in warehouse reclassification jornals

I have been trying to move an item from one bin to another. The location is set up with the warehouse, so I used the warehouse reclassification journals. However, the system displays an error when I choose the code 'From bin'. The adjustment bin must not be selected in the Bin Location Code.

The error happens because the From Bin Code you selected is likely set as an adjustment bin in the warehouse setup. Go to Warehouse Management -> Locations, open the location card, and check the Adjustment Bin Code field. Make sure the bin you're using isn't assigned as the adjustment bin since it's reserved for system adjustments.

Also, check the Bin Setup to ensure the bin isn’t blocked or restricted. If the location uses policies like Directed Put-away and Pick, those might be enforcing stricter rules. Try using different bins or review the location's configuration to align it with your needs.

Thank you for your reply. Both have been set up. The adjustment bin is well resigned by the bin code and is not blocked in the bin setup. I think the specifics we used for the customer have an impact on this process. I appreciate your response once more
