Image not shown in Outlook - "the linked image cannot be displayed. the file may have been moved renamed or deleted"

Hi everyone,

My client has an issue with their e-mails more specifically with images in e-mails.

For some reason the images cannot be shown and and error message is says: "the linked image cannot be displayed. the file may have been moved renamed or deleted"

I understand that it has to with the URL of the image, but nothing has changed and this is a very sudden error.

Anyone that knows more about this issue?

Hi Emil,

Could you please indicate which of the following ways the image was inserted into the email?

Hi Nya,

They use 'Browse library' as the images have been uploaded in advance.

Hi Emil,

If the image exists in the library and has not been deleted, and the original link of the image can be opened normally in, for example, a browser, please refer to the following documentation about Outlook.

I think the resolution in it can help the issue out.
