I am getting many emails from this platform. I would like to limit them to just my discussions. Is that possible?

Yes there is lots of control...

Top right when you are logged in, click on your name, then click the very subtle three dots, then go to Settings in the pop up menu.

You then select the notifications tab at the top, there you go!
