Hi everybody, i need to clear a selected lookfield in my dynamics crm 365 for customer service.
The client requested me the way to erase the content of the lookup field when this are focused an selected pressing once time the backspace button.

There is no supported way to attach any custom event to crm fields so the supported way is select and press delete key, but you can try to bound a custom event where you can check key and remove value, not sure this will work or not and this is Unsupported surely.
Thanks Mahender, but i saw in Dyn 365 OnLine this functionality working, why not in Dyn 365 OnPremise?
