
Hello, I have been having issues with getting my mp4 videos to play on my hololens on the guides app. They play perfect on my desktop but once I am on the guides with my hololens it doesn't play. It also doesn't indicate that there's an internet issue, there is no movement. The videos are in MP4 format and are no longer than 10 seconds. Is there any advice on what I am possibly doing wrong?
Not sure if this can help, but have you gone to:
Power platform admin center > Environments > Your Environment > Settings > Email > Email Settings > (or Search for "Maximum file size for attachments") > Notice the default size is 5120Kb (5Mb).
Can you try changing that to a higher limit, and tell me if that helps?

Edit: There are also some stipulations in the supported file formats for Guides app:
The supported video format and resolution is 854 x 480 H.264 MP4 (commonly called "Advanced Video Recording"). Any other formats are transcoded when imported and may result in a larger file size than the original.
The file size limit for a video, image, or 3D model is 128 MB. Transcoding may occur when uploading. This may change the size of the file that needs to be stored, which can cause the upload to fail if the file is too big.
