My mail status is failing even all the configuration is done and the batch jobs are running. Experts please help me in this.

Please check the error message to understand what is the issue, just click on show message and share.
Is this is the first time you have setup? did you check with your email provider such as SMTP/ Exchange if the issue with their end?
Can you check if the test email is working?

SMTP is working fine and i have checked that too , i don't know what the exact issue is!
