Hi,
i have tried a few different things and still cannot get access to the Server-Side Synchronization Failures Dashboard in D365. I can see the monitoring dashboard ok but it not the one i really want, showing the emails failing to get into the system. I read an article suggesting i had to download a tool to change one of the settings but i'm using D365 Online, surely this isn't necessary. I can see the dashboard when i go into Customizations->Dashboards but can't do anything with it from there.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
