Is there a way to automatically run a budget update every quarter?

Hi All,

Is this about approval for budget planning or is it about updating the budget by creating a new revision budget each quarter automatically? If it pertains to creating a new revision budget, what criteria are used to determine which elements are updated automatically? Is there a specific rule set up for this process?

Hello,

From what I understand, your aim is to create quarterly budget entry adjustments.
You can insert a budget registration with the code "Adjustment". However, what do you mean by "automatically run"?

Budget entries can be inserted manually. We can also run budget planning to convert forecasts into budget entries, but even budget planning is based on manually inserted forecasts.

Please provide more details on what you mean by "automatically" and what the data source would be.\
