The value of a field that you import is too long. Can it be the case that it has been customized in your previous database and is now longer that the standard?

In Table 2000000004 "Permission Set" Role ID Size is 20, it might be customized in your previous NAV,

Check it in previous NAV that you want to upgrade and then make changes in your target NAV same.

    Hi

I checked there is no customization on the Permission Set table , the field Role ID with data type code 20 in both my NAV versions.

    OBJECTPAGE9802PermissionSets

Check in your file, find this OBJECTPAGE9802PermissionSets value . and then match with  nav fields

    Hi Binesh,

Can you please elaborate on your statement, I tried increasing the Size of Role ID from 20 to 32

and tried importing the permission set. It throws the following error

This is the permission set page 9802 I want to import.
