How I can Assigned Resources to Business Unit

In field service I have 5 users, each users have different BU
Now I have 3 Resources as type contact in my FS for each BU
when user log in to FS I want the user will able to see only resources which are belong to his BU on Schedule board
any suggestions please help

    Hi Ashwini,

    User visibility of resources is controlled by security roles.

    In order that the user can only see the resources of his own business unit, the Read permission of the user's security role Bookable Resource sould be the pastedimage1586162410067v2.png Business Unit level.

    Furthermore, you need to check if user's all security roles satisfy this condition, because the user's permissions are a collection of the security roles that he own.

    Hello!

    You must assign the resource record to an user or team. And the user or team must be assigned to the corresponding business unit. Finally, you must configure the user with appropiate roles. More info here docs.microsoft.com/.../security-model
