Kanban Board for opportunity does not load if we add stage to standard Business Process Flow

Hi,

I have enabled kanban board on Opportunities, After renaming the stages in the standard BPF " Opportunity to Sales Process",  i could load the business process flow.

But when i added a stage, the Kanban board did not load.

Does the feature only work with standard stage count?

    Hi partner,

    I added a stage to the BPF "Opportunity to Sales Process".

    But I can successfully use kanban board.

    Hi,

    I have a BPF connecting two entities, when i tried to add stage of Opportunity on Opportunity sales process, it worked.

    But when i added stage from entity case( i have created a relationship for this entities), it the kanban did not load.

    It shows loading but does not go any further. The status based Kanban loads instantly though.

    Hi partner,

    Kanban Board currently only supports Opportunity entity, and does not support the stages of other entities.

    I would recommend you share this to Idea.

    Dynamics 365 CRM’s native Kanban Board currently only supports “Opportunity to Sales” business process flow.
