We can translate the fields, but I suspect you can't translate the lookup text.

First we need to enable/install in dynamic CRM for this please refer below link:

Once language enabled then we need to export the CRM Translation For This please check below link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/customize/export-customized-entity-field-text-translation?view=op-9-1
After this import the translated excel back CRM instance.
