
Hello Everyone,
I am getting the following error...
There are items on the promotion merchandising events that are not eligible for the fund(s) specified on the merchandising event.
after adding an item to the promotion.
I am able to determine the item because if i remove it and change the status to Customer approved it changes status fine.
But when i change it back to in process and add the item it gives me the error when i update the status back to Customer Approved.
Any idea why this item could be causing this issue?
Do i need to remove it from another promotion? where should i look?

I had to add the item to the FUND ID that was assigned to the promotion.
