Customize Convert Activity to Case pop up

Hi Team,

Is there a way to customize the pop up window that displays when you convert an activity record (phone call, email) into a Case record. I would like to add some custom fields and maybe remove OOB fields.

Hi Rav,

Unfortunately, this page is by designed and it could not be customized.The only available way is to replace standard dialog with customizations.

Here are ways:

1.Workflow

(1) Create an on-demand workflow to create new cases and set the default values.

(2) Create a new custom ribbon in the activity form and then add js code to trigger the on-demand workflow.

2.Replace the OOB dialog with your custom dialog.
