how can I add a custom webpage to MSE for search topic. Do I need to use RSS-Feed?

When you set up a new search there is an option at the top called 'Custom Sources' if you click on this then you can create your own source based on as rss feed url or atom string. This can then be used in a search as a source to be inspected.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
