    Hi Philipp B,

We are also working on an Android device for D365FO advanced warehouse and cannot currently get it to connect.  We have been able to connect via the Windows emulator.  Did you get your device working and can you share the settings.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

I know you solved this issue for yourself, but I still have a question. We are currently trying to get the app going on an Android device and it seems you need to have the correct certificates installed for this.

Can you confirm that your installation worked 100% with the Client and ADFS certificates installed as the only two installed on your device? We checked multiple times for any errors we might have done during installation and setup, even redeployed the whole environment and are literally clueless right now as to what to do.

Thank you in advance for any hint.

    BR,

    Philipp B.

Finally I was able to configure my WMS app with d365 on prem.

    Pre req :

On prem environment is deployed successfully and is accessible.

    Steps :

    • Export your adfs and client certificate and import it in application where you want to run WMS app. If you are using Windows device, you need to manually put it in "Trusted Root Cert authority" too.
    • Create adfs client and register it using commands and you will get Client id and secret id. Both the ids will be go as it is in your WMS app.
    • You don't need to do anything else.
    • For Active Directory Recourse = your url to access D365 that looks like this "https://ax.d365ffo.onprem.domainname/namespaces/AXSF/"
    • For Active directory tenant = it is the adfs authentication url that asks for username password, it appears in browser once you hit the above stated url copy it until oauth2. it looks like this "adfname.domainname/.../oauth2"
    • Provide company's name.
    • when you hit back button it will ask for userId and password.
    • Don't confuse it with AD username and password because it is WMS userid and password.
    • To set it go to Warehouse Management > Setup > Worker > Users

    Enjoy Daxing !
