Number Sequence does not exist

whenever i am trying to post a invoice journal i am getting this error "Number sequence does not exist."

AccountsPayable->invoices-> invoice Journal -> select any invoice journal -> click on post it shows the error

can any one knows please tell me the answer

Please check your number sequence setup, All the number-sequence has setup correctly or not. Invoice journal need journal number sequence and voucher number sequence mainly, apart from that it needs internal number sequence. Please check AP - setup - parameters - number sequence entire number sequence exist or not. One more place please go to setup related invoice journal name and check voucher series has attached or not. If all are fine then need more info related to repro scenario or you can generate number sequence wizard again to reinitialize the number sequence across.

i am working on the live environment and all the setups are clear and tell me one thing

how to solve the issue with debugging or we can need generate any incremental cil

It should not be complex, Please put the debugger and find the exact number sequence code to find the missing number sequence. M/c is with you, I don't know which number sequences are missing. I can only guide you.

Run the number sequence wizard - it will tell you the missing ones.

It is Live Environment can i run the number sequence wizard.

one thing you know how to find out the missing number sequence code by debugging.

The wizard is fine in live and will show you the missing references - however run it in test first so you understand!

The issue can be resolved by removing all the Number Sequences if they had already been generated or attached to AP Parameters Number Sequences. Then Go to Organization Administration > Number Sequences > Generate. Click on Generate button, this will again generate the Number Sequences for AP and resolve the problem.
