Publish a workspace containing a link to a Power BI report

Hi to all,
 
Does anyone know how to publish a workspace containing a link to a Power BI report ?
The feature Saved views support for workspaces is activated. All the other necessary views are already published.
The error raised when I try to publish the workspace including the Power Bi link is this one :

    So it's confirmed : ALL the elements MUST be backed by a published view. 
    It means that the only solution we have is to copy the workspace over other users.

    Hi, this is by design and occurs for links, lists, and tiles. This is not specific to a certain pinned element type.
