The customer wants to use license plate in sale put away for each line. In detail, now when i use sales put away, system asks for only one target license plate and it puts everything there.
The requirement is dispatch worker will decide the licence plates they wanted to use for each line in multiple sales orders. They also need a report based on LP so that they can print the items enlisted on it.
I believe these are the standard process and I need help on this process

What I have understood from your above explanation is that you want to ship your items to customers which are on license plates and workers while picking the items will decide which license plates will be shipped for the items.
This can be achieved in the standard. Now as you start picking items Dynamics will ask you for license plate which you want to pick and on the pick screen select the license plate which you want to ship (Worker will decide this as you want) and once you have done this Dynamics will ask you the target license plate over the next screen which is the license plate over which the picked items are stored.
Let the target license plate be system generated and finally move all items to put location.
For e.g. you have picked LP-07 and put it on target license plate LP-07Target.
So while you are picking items your workers can select license plate which they want to pick and next is the system generated license plate where they are moved.
Finally as you reach the put location you can use packing functionality and pack all the picked items from different license plates in one container and after which you can generate report for items inside the container. There is a standard report for the same.
Finally you can ship the container to the customer.
