We are the accountants for a client who use Microsoft Dynamics. We do not know the year or version. We cannot seem to get any guidance for find literature on the following issue:
Is there a likely reason why this is happening, and how do we go about fixing it?
Example:
How can the Profit and Loss Net Income be accurate, and the Balance Sheet Retained Earnings and Net Income both be off by the prior year's Net Income?
What Microsoft Dynamics product are you using?
