I have a client who imports KBAs from their D365 into Outlook to send to clients.
Prior to the Wave 2 2024 update, these would be inserted at the bottom of the email, or wherever their cursor was set, so that the email could be led with the Operator's message. After the update, it always inserts at the top of the page. So any message from an operator would end up at the bottom of the email.
Is there a way to reverse this, or adjust the formatting in either Outlook or KBA?
