relating fields between different records

First. Thank you for your patience with an organic chemist tasked with supporting CRM in a small business. 

Example.

Contact / Client name John Johnson occasionally working with Lisa Johnson (also a Contact / Client).

I can use Connections to show the linkage between the 2 individuals.

I would like to add a field to the contact form for John which is a link to Lisa's contact form. Some sort of lookup?

Be gentle. I will probably be back for a LOT more guidance.

    Can you please post screenshot of the full form? I want to understand what is shown on your screenshot - is it quick view form, subgrid or something else...
