in dynamic 365 unified interface lookup only show 2 fields instead of 3 so how to add another ?

Edit the associated field view? Is this different in the unified?
Lookup view displays all the columns specified in the lookup view. You will have to click the down arrow n order to see more columns. You can refer this post -

Hope this helps.
Check the zoom settings on your computer and check the version of the browser that you are using (IE or Chrome, etc.)
Both can have an impact.
