    You can download NAV 2013 R2 from Partner source.

    Link for NAV 2013 R2 from below page - saurav-nav.blogspot.in/.../microsoft-dynamics-nav-2013-r2-download.html

    You will require a valid partner source or customer source login to download the DVD.
