    Hi James

If you are in a production environment, I doubt that you don't have calendar for year 2020 created yet, so I assume that you are in a test environment and the calendar isn't created?

If so Go to General Ledger>Setup>Ledger>Ledger Calendar
Check if you have 2020 calendar, if not create one

    Regards

    Hi Andre Ghazaleh,

I checked Ledger Calendar and I already have the calendar for 2020 created.

    Regards

If ledger calender is properly created, this might be caused by cashe issue, try this:

Drain users from AX, stop All AOS, Delete AUC and KTI files for the account running AOS Service and then start all AOS

    Hello,

Can you share the screen shot of your calendar?

This seems you have  no calendar for required months.

Thank you all for your help.

I was trying to post a purchase order invoice in one of our test VMs, I got this error so I went ahead and created a fiscal calendar for current year but the error remained although I double checked that it included all months and all period status was open.

Doing as Andre Ghazaleh suggested solved the issue, It appears It was a cache  problem.
