Hi,
One of my client is looking to upgrade from CU8 to CU13. Does anyone have a project duration idea we should plan for and resource need and resource loading model they can share?
Any kind of checklist will be helpful

It depends on the amount of customization already present in the client system. If it is a heavily customized system, you will most likely need more time. While upgrading, one of the upgrade installer steps will give you a list of all conflicting objects that you will need to work on, which should give you a good idea regarding the time and resource you will need for the upgrade.
Thanks Gunjan, It's highly customized and 7 ISVs. Any idea into duration will be helpful
It's extremely difficult to estimate the duration without taking a look at the conflicting elements. You might have a lot of customizations but have lower number of conflicting objects. Also, for the ISV solutions, they might have a version available for CU13, which you can use.
